Our Values
Independence
Our editorial, scientific, and faculty decisions are made solely by our planning committees and Editorial Boards, free of commercial influence. We do not use sponsor-provided materials, and funders have no input into our content.
Scientific integrity
Each of our hubs is guided by a Scientific Advisory Board that sets scientific direction and an Editorial Board that meets regularly to review content and select expert speakers, ensuring every activity is balanced and evidence-based.
Transparency
Every Editorial Board member completes an annual conflict of interest (COI) disclosure, and all relevant disclosures are presented to learners within each activity. We are equally open about how we are funded.
Educational quality
Our programs are designed to close real clinical gaps and improve patient care through expert-led, case-based, and conference-driven learning.
Our Governance
ClinEdPulse LLC operates specialty education hubs, including HemeHub, EndoExpertHub, OncExpertHub, and GastroExpertHub. The education within each hub is governed by two distinct bodies, each with a defined role.
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)
Each hub is supported by a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) composed of internationally recognized experts in its field. Each SAB meets annually to provide high-level strategic and scientific direction, helping identify emerging clinical priorities, shape the overall educational focus of the hub, and guide the long-term scientific quality of our programming. The SAB advises on direction and priorities; it does not control the content of any individual activity, which remains the responsibility of the hub's Editorial Board and planning committees. SAB members complete a conflict of interest (COI) disclosure annually, helping ClinEdPulse uphold its commitment to remaining independent and unbiased.
Editorial Board
Each hub is guided by an Editorial Board of practicing experts responsible for the independence and scientific integrity of its educational content. The Board meets regularly to review content and educational materials, evaluate and select expert speakers, and ensure that every activity is balanced, evidence-based, and free of commercial bias. Every Editorial Board member completes a conflict of interest (COI) disclosure annually, and all relevant disclosures are presented to learners within the activity itself. This process exists to uphold our status as an independent, unbiased medical education organization.
Independence and Funding
ClinEdPulse LLC and its educational divisions, including HemeHub, EndoExpertHub, OncExpertHub, and GastroExpertHub, are an independent, unbiased medical education organization. Our editorial, scientific, and faculty decisions are made solely by our planning committees and faculty, free of commercial influence. We generate revenue solely through group-specific education, and our webinar series and CME events are funded primarily through independent medical education (IME) grants and exhibitor sponsorship. Commercial supporters and exhibitors have no influence over our content, faculty, or educational decisions, and we do not use any sponsor-provided materials.
